San Diego Realtors Use Electronic and Mobile Advertising

One of the things that all businesses need is leads and customers. Businesses without it will definitely fail. So businesses are constantly trying to figure out how to get more leads. One of the obvious ways is through advertising.

In this article I will share a couple of methods that aren’t your typical ways to advertise. Now of course it isn’t your typical type of advertising but it works very well.Those methods are through using electronic billboards and mobile billboards. Both types of advertising methods belong to the category of advertising called outdoor media. This is coming from a perspective I have gotten running my mobile billboards San Diego business. Many of the advertisers tend to be Realtors and Real Estate agents.

A lot of people in general are going to be knowledgeable regarding what outdoor media is.They are more used to the regular billboards.But the methods just described are very effective because they can capture your prospect’s attention. That has been the case with my electronic billboards Tijuana. By not just being a static sign but a beautiful vibrant ad it grabs their attention.It is a known fact that it has the ability to capture someone’s attention. That is why some cities ban it because driver’s get distracted by it.

Or if you use mobile billboards or what I use in my truck advertising San Diego business.Which uses trucks to be the advertising mobile billboard.This captures your prospect’s attention because the advertisement is with them right in traffic.It is in traffic right there with them.So an ad that is nicely designed with beautiful colors will grab your prospects attention.

As you can plainly see both of the advertising methods aren’t your typical ways. But they are effective for that reason of their unconventionality. With the consumer’s attention span being so short you need to be different.This is much different than what they are used to so they will see and read the ad.And as a business and advertiser, that is your ultimate objective. This will accomplish more leads and more customers.

Candid Photo Tips

Taking photographs of people have two categories. They are either portraits or candids.

Portraits are the shots when your subjects are in poses. While the candids are usually when your subject is doing something natural.

I would like to focus on taking shots that are candid.With this type of photography, their is an art form, and if you follow these steps you will be real happy with your work. This is from my experience as a San Diego Photographer.

First off you don’t want to obtrusive. Most candid shots you take of course are going to be people going about their business, but the secret to taking a great shot like that is to make sure they are unaware of the shot.

Because often times, when they do notice you, you are going to miss the essence of catching an unguarded shot. So try hard to make sure they are unaware of the camera.

Another consideration is the setting or the environment.When you take candid shots, where you take them plays an important role. You want the candid shot to capture the subject and their setting as naturally as possible. It’s that setting
whether it is their work, their house, or the street they are walking, helps tell a story of your subject’s life. This is especially important if you are going to be taking shots as a Wedding Photographer San Diego.

A third tip to think about is to anticipate behavior. An important part of taking candid shots of people acting naturally is to know what your subject may do next in a given situation.

This will help you if you are trying to catch something in particular because it will allow you to be prepared rather than miss the shot. Knowing how they will react and being able to capture that is all about anticipation.

Finally, always be looking for those times when a person may express their emotions. Because after all, when taking these types of shots, that is the main thing you want to capture in these candid shots is emotion.

Take a look at what your subject is doing and think about whether or not it’s a moment that will express an emotion.Such as an expression of impatience at a stoplight. Or a joyous expression at an event.All moments in time give you the opportunity to truly capture an emotion.Being ready for those types of moments helps you capture that moment in time to tell that story.

Taking candid photos is an art form for sure. Especially if you truly want to tell a story in your candid shots. Following these few simple steps will help you be on the road of capturing as many storytelling moments as possible as a photographer.

The Cricut Electric Die Cutter

Often, when newer, updated versions of products are released onto the market they overshadow the original design. In the case of the Cricut electronic die cutter, however, this is not so. Provo have released two updates to this product but the original Cricut machine is still going strong, proving to be just what the Arts and Crafts community wants in spite of recent updates.

The main reason for the Cricut’s continuing popularity is its simple usability. Creating a stylish cutout with the Cricut couldn’t be simpler. All users have to do is insert a cartridge into the machine, select a design, and feed the paper or card material into the machine. At the push of a button the design is cut into the material. The number of designs is almost limitless, and almost any material can be cut.

The original Cricut is the smallest of all the Cricut machines and also the lightest, weighing in at only seven pounds. This makes it easy to carry and easy to store, a big advantage in the eyes of crafters, who are often crowded by a bulk of materials and crafting tools. Amateur crafters also appreciate this as they often do not have a dedicated crafting station and work from their dining room tables. The Cricut can be quickly cleared away and stored in a small space without fuss, ideal in an age where both families and their hobbies seem to be taking up more and more space.

The downside to the Cricut’s size is that it limits the size of cutout you can produce. However, the original machine is actually the most precise of all the machines. Cutouts can be created as small as under an inch and to a professional standard, and up to 5 and a half inches. As with all Cricut machines, the original machine uses the fantastic range of Cricut cartridges to provide the designs. All of the cartridges can be used with the original machine so you will never be limited. The cartridges available are endless and offer every type of design, font and image you could ever want. The original Cricut is sold with the George cartridge as standard. This cartridge is a great all-rounder and includes a full font, ten phrases, several shapes, and special features to get you started.

You don’t have to buy the newest model of crafting technology to get the benefits. Sometimes the originals are just as good. OK, so the later Cricut models, like the Cricut Expression and Cricut Create, do have some extra features, but they cost a lot more and you might end up paying for something you don’t need. The fact is that the original Cricut is a classic and is still popular for a very good reason; because it’s just as good as it ever was.
